You are Erik! I just read the book The Phoenix Project which convinced me to take my years of IT Service Management experience and try to do something with it. I knew I wanted to be Erik, shift the way people think and use technology, move the costs, drive change, let the Service Desk be more important because they are etc. Thanks for showing me that I am not alone.
